Why should I pre-purchase my tickets?

We recommend purchasing tickets for our tours in advance to ensure the availability and the best rate for your trip. We are aware that you, as a traveler, already probably have a lot on your mind, so why don’t you just go ahead and plan a couple of activities ahead to make your vacation in Croatia more comfortable and carefree?


How will I receive my tickets?

Once you’ve completed the booking process you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail with a link to download your voucher. You will need to print this voucher to redeem it for your tickets at your destination.


Do I have to present a printed copy of my voucher or can I just show it from my smart phone?

We prefer to receive a printed voucher. However, if you find yourself in a situation in which you have absolutely no possibility of printing the voucher, you can show us your e-ticket.


Can I make changes in my booking?

Of course! We are more than happy to accommodate you on a different date or at a different time as long as we have the availability. To make a change, please contact us via email info@adriatic4you.com or call us on +385 91 410 8514.


How does the Pick Up service work?

Most of our tours have a complimentary pickup and drop off service. Chose if you want a pickup in the hotels listed here or contact us after booking to arrange a pickup and receive the pickup time. Here is a list of places where pickup is possible: Atrium Hotel in Spit, Hotel Park in Split, Radisson Blu Resort in Split, San Antonio hotel in Split, Hotel Split in Podstrana, Le Meridien Lav in Split, Jadran Hotel in Trogir, Medena Hotel in Trogir, Bellevue Hotel in Trogir, Sv.Kriz Hotel in Trogir, Villa Tina in Trogir and Villa Malo More in Trogir. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the pick-up time provided and keep in mind that hotel pickup time often depends on the traffic, so we kindly ask you to wait patiently for the driver to come and pick you up.


What are your pick up locations?

What if I don’t want to use the pick-up and drop-off services?

In this case, you will have to reach the meeting point indicated for the tour on your own. This will probably save you some time especially for the tours that start early in the morning.


What is included in your tours?

All our tours include transportation, local guides or professional assistance, equipment when needed, insurance and VAT. Please check the list of inclusions and exclusion for the tour you’re interested in before booking.


Do I have to use passport on your tours?

You need to have your valid passport/visa with you on our Međugorje&Mostar Tour and our Dubrovnik Tour. The rest of the tours don’t require passports/visas.


Are there any restrictions on clothing during the tour?

There are no restriction on clothing on our tours, except on the tour that include an entrance to places of worship where low-cut clothing is forbidden and shoulders should be covered as well. However, we do recommend our clients to wear comfortable walking shoes on our tours and always check the weather forecast to be able to dress accordingly.


Are meals included in your tours? 

Meals are not included in tours unless specifically stated in the tour description, but stops are frequent where passengers can buy light meals and refreshments. Consumption of food or beverages on board our coaches is prohibited.
